Underground buried resin piping "UPP system piping"

Highly earthquake-resistant! Underground buried resin piping with joint connections that are leak-free due to electric fusion.

The "UPP System Piping" offers a variety of underground fuel pipes that can be used for different types of fuels. The primary pipe (with liner) has a single-layer structure made of high-density polyethylene (PE100) and features an EVOH lining on the inside. The secondary pipe is also made of high-density polyethylene (PE100) with a single-layer structure, but without EVOH lining, and is used as a protective pipe for the primary pipe. The double pipe is a system where the primary pipe with a liner and the protective pipe are pre-assembled, designed to be cut to the required length, thus eliminating the need for pipe connections in the buried section. 【Features】 ■ High resistance to damage (strong seismic resistance) ■ No leakage due to electric fusion connections of joints ■ No corrosion due to the material being resin (high-density polyethylene) ■ Product lifespan of 50 years (manufacturer's warranty of 30 years) ■ Easy installation reduces construction costs compared to existing works (steel pipes) *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
